Project lead for design, planning and live implementation of the Heineken Forum in 2019. Regarded by Heineken International as their most important event of the year with premium quality as a core requirement across all elements.
The event establishes a key live communications platform for the Heineken Chief Executive. The annual global event brings together the top executives globally to align behind the company’s strategic objectives, discuss the main commercial challenges in the next cycle and debate and understand the main opportunities within the business.
The location of the Forum 2019 was Madrid. The challenge was to transform an ordinary auditorium to a unique and immersive space as well as design and produce a number of other spaces across the two-day programme. Responsible for developing, producing and managing all set build elements and technical production, as well as the on-site running of the show which featured over 40 speakers.
